Sarah Zabel is a retired Miami-Dade Circuit Court Judge who served on the Bench for 16 years. She is now the President of MAZE Resolutions PA. Her firm is a statewide full-service dispute resolution practice, which includes mediating commercial, personal injury, first party, employment, and family disputes. She also acts as a Special Magistrate, Arbitrator, neutral umpire, Guardian Ad Litem, and fee expert.
Besides her Dispute Resolution Practice, she serves on several Boards and committees, which include the MDFAWL Foundation Board, first Vice Chair of the Executive Council for the Miami-Dade Commission For Women, the Key Clubhouse Board, and the Florida Bars Diversity and Inclusion Committee.
